Their sole purpose is trying to steal money from you without providing any legitimate services. Here is a screenshot of yet another fake account using the dog is hurt please send money scam. They are using the cash app account $Wyattmoffit.
New Scam Involving LARG(Lost Animal Rescue Group) & Carmen Brothers – 02/09/2022
It has come to our attention that these scammers are using the LARG logo and information to contact lost dog owners. They then pretend to have MARN-trained team Carmen Brothers and her dog come out and track with her dog for $600 to which they never show up. Please ask before you give any money, please ask for references, and if you are still unsure, please contact MARN directly and we can give you the proper contact information for our trained MARN members.
